The Winchester LWV is guided by a Steering Committee of between seven and fifteen members. The Steering Committee plans and directs the work necessary
to carry out the program adopted by the National Convention, the State Convention and the Annual Meeting. The only named Officer is the Treasurer; other Steering Committee members share all other duties.

Spot your SC members!
Steering Committee members not only plan the programs but they participate in
every League activity. Seven of the Steering Committee were among the fifteen
who helped with the January 2006 high school voter registration. Four current
SC members are shown in the photo below.
