Register to Vote
You may register to vote in person at the Town Clerk's Office in Winchester Town Hall. Alternatively, pick up a mail-in voter registration form from the Town Hall lobby, the Winchester Public Library or any United States Post Office.

To register to vote, you must be 18 years old by the time of the next election, a
resident of the state
in which you are registering and a United States citizen.
