Steering Committee Minutes


Since 2001, the Winchester LWV has been guided by a Steering Committee of between seven and fifteen members. The Steering Committee plans and directs the work necessary to carry out the program adopted by the National Convention, the State Convention and the Annual Meeting. The only named Officer is the Treasurer; other Steering Committee members share all other duties.

The minutes of the Steering Committee meetings are available to the public. The most recent four years can be found on the About LWVW page.  Links to minutes beginning in 2008 appear below. The Winchester Archival Center contains earlier records of the Winchester League, beginning with its foundation in 1920.
