The Steering Committee is proud and excited to announce that Susan McPhee will be the recipient of the 2026 Civic Leadership Award.  Please join the League on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 for the 2026 Civic Leadership Award Ceremony.

Susan has provided tremendous service and leadership to furthering “green” sustainability improvements in Town infrastructure and beyond.

She has saved the Town millions of dollars in operating costs, played an important role in creating Winchester’s renewal electricity program WinPower for residents, and founded the Winchester Senior Energy Grants program.  Susan is wonderfully collaborative, determined, passionate and effective in pushing the Town of Winchester to set and meet ambitious energy conservation and climate resilience goals.
